About us
Prior to Energy Developments Southwest Ltd, we set up Energy Build Southwest Ltd in June 2023. As our first business together it taught us how to deliver consecutive successful construction projects whilst working to strict budgets and programmes.
To win more work, we started attending local property-focused networking events which skyrocketed our understanding of property development, specifically the concept of commercial to residential conversions using permitted development rights.
It also introduced us to our property power team, which operates in our target area. This mix of knowledge and contacts gave us the opportunity to start EDSW, and we haven’t looked back since.
